You take base of earlier years & take production schedule, marketing expectations, etc wit u & start accordingly

dear ,U start planning for next few years sale and accordingly production.Other exp/Raw material ,& Miss Planing .Take consideration of sale production & purchase with over head cost & reach profitability.
