IN BUDGET 2016-17 ANNOUNCE ABOUT SERVICE TAX ON LEGAL SERVICE. EXPERTS IF SERVICES PROVIDED BY AN ADVOCATE TO ANY BUSINESS ENTITY . THEN WHO WILL PAY SERVICE TAX ON ADVOCATE SERVICES.PROVIDER OR RECEIVER
