Our product Flexible Laminate 39219096 & 39219099 (Other) we pay excise duty 12.5% but some people create confusion on rate of excise duty @15% as per new budget notification Kindly give us advice what rate is applicable for excise duty as on date after budget changes.
Treat to most urgent.

Do not rely on vague statements.
ED has been increased to 15% on the the items falling under chapter heading 39232100
or 392329 only.
And for rest of others position will be same as was before the budget.
So, no increase of duty in your case.
