How to prepare BRS for transactions containg 3500 in a month Is there is any simple techniques to do that type of work?If there plz suggest me?

As regards BRS, if u are using any system like Tally or SAP, u have just upload dates of entry in bank statement in system. In SAP u can upload electronic statement.
But basic remains same. There is no shortcut...
U have to check whether all transactions are cleared or not ;)

You may recocile the same in parts on weekly basis.

You can take the helpof software if the transaction of repeatative nature.

Use Software like Tally 9 or other Accounting Software for BRS you have to just put the date of Clearing
