If I want to take transfer from a firm after completion of 1.5 yrs of training In Allahabad to Mumbai on the ground of transfer of my parent(s), is it necessary to give the proof of transfer along with the consent letter of my principal coz I have no exact proof of the same as my father is a businessman and not an employee in any company.

i want to convert OPC into Private limited company. for that i prepare Form INC-6, in that they ask for "existing number of directors in the company" and they also instruct to enter mininum 2 no of directors. since it was a One Person Company we have only one director.
what i have to do now for its conversion

I'm an ipcc student .
I wish to quit CA regarding my personal problems.
I completed my 2 years articleship training .
And I decided that I will never come back to this course .
Is there any affidavit or letter should I submit to my principal and ICAI?
If I should submit affidavit , is there any specific reason should I declare, specified by ICAI?
For quitting CA while articleship training ,is there any problem will arise to my principal in future ?

can i do exam registration in march for may 2019 exam? my Advanced itt batch will end on 21/02/2019, so i cant register before that. is it possible to register?

I have stamp paper dated 11 Sept 2018..Can I show my registration date as 10 Nov 2018 in form 103.

I have been registered for CA Final course as on 18-02-2014 as per ICAI letter issued to me

I want to know that how long my registration will be valid?

I have given CA final exams from
may 2015 to may 2018 continuously
but I have not attempted exam in November 2018...

Whether I have to reregister myself to attempt exam in May 2019???
If yes,then how much fees I have to pay for it????

I am M.com., LLB and working with a CA firm from last 10 years as assistant and get salary rs.20k. If i join CA course on graduation basis, Whether i get any exemption in the articleship duration or any other exemption/benefit availed for past experience ? What about my salary/stipend limitation ? Please suggest if any other solution.
