Whether Housing Loan repayment can be adjusted against the Taxable Income while the House is in assessee's brother name(Who is a NRI) but the Loan taken by the assessee who is resident in India ?
2.Whether Medical Expenditure for specified diseases paid by the assessee, against his brother's treatment (Who is a NRI) can be Claimed U/s 80DDB?

I have registered for CA Articleship via "online mode" and my form is approved by ICAI and have started with my training.

Please assist, if I need to get franking or deed on non-judicial stamp paper in online mode of articleship registration or whether it is not mandatory.

Icitcss course eligibility and fees

I’m resuming my CA final after 10 years. I cleared my group 1 of CA final in 2011. I want to covert to the new course to write my group 2.
When I login to the self service portal I find a page to enter ipcc details and training details. But actually I did PE 2 and COmputer training connected to PE2.
What would be the reason for not getting the page to fill in PE 2 details.
Please help me

My principal (Paid Assistant) under whom I was registered resigned from the firm. In that case which form do I have to filled form 118 (Intimation for change in principal status) or need to be filled 109 then again 102/ 103 under the same firm? and in how many days ICAI detagged the paid assistant from the firm after firm gave ICAI a details about it?

Please let me know asap.
