Suppose a student gets 60+ marks in a paper say Taxation and less than 20 in all other subject say Accounts, Law, Costing n fm of IPCC group one.
Is he eligible for exemption in Taxation.?

Hi,My articleship ends next month. I have taken excess leave of 1 month in my previous 2 firms. I have not taken any leave in the 3rd firm (current one). Do I have to complete my excess leave in the present firm only? Do I have to fill up Form 107 or Form 103 again with my current principal for the excess leave period? The ICAI rules are not clear.
