I took transfer from my old firm on 27th of November 2012 and i have sent my form 109 on 29th. I got registered in another firm on 1st of deccember 2012 and have sent form 103 for my reregistration. but till now( April 2013) i havent received any reply from ICAI. When i call them they donot pick up the phone and do not respond to my emails. Week ago i called and They told me that they havent received my both form 103 and 109 till now and hung the phone. Now they are not receiving my call. What shall i do?

I have more than 6 Years of Experience in a BPO which is for insurance process can i apply for exemption from training. I completed my CS Executive Program and Can i Apply for exemption now only or after completing CS Profession. Please Advise me i am very much confused about this

Facts of the Case:
An assesse is providing exempted services as well as taxable services in the healthcare industry.

The proportion of exempted services is substantially high than taxable services.

However, he wants to utilise CENVAT Credit against the payment of service tax for taxable services provided.

There seems no benefit in opting options under Rule 6 wherein proportionate calculation is required.

However, if the assesse maintains separate accounts for exempted aw well as taxable services, CENVAT credit will be utilised.

Query: What are the guiding principles for maintaining separate books of accounts ? How to bifurcate payment of service tax against input services for the taxable and exempted services ?

My question is when can I register myself for CA-Final(last date). And also tell me about the GMCS 1.
Can I get registration in Final and also for GMCS at the same time.

I have client who wants 4 members to be the promoters of the company and the same promoters will be directors, but one of the promoter does not have PAN No. so I could not obtain DIN No. I will add him as an additional director once I obtain DIN No. for him.

But my question is how many promoters details do I need to enter in Form 1 and how may promoters details do I need to obtain on the last page of MOA and AOA

Can I enter 3 Promoters details on Form 1 and get 4 Promoters details & Signature on last page of MOA and AOA
