I want to know if someone registered for ipcc direct entry and graduates marksheet is not available in that case hand made marksheet given by university is acceptable or not

I want sample letter of termination of articles on the grounds of transfer of my parents to hyderabad which is almost 300 kms away from my ca firm address...so pls provide the letter as early as possible...My principal also agreed for termination but iam having the transfer proof and not having any new address proof..

I want to clarify a doubt regarding Service Tax on Remittance from Foreign.

For. Mr.A remit to Mr.B(in India) for Rs.5 Lakh from UAE through Western Union Money Transfer.
In India M/s. DK Forex Pvt Ltd(Acting as an authorised agent) providing the service of arrange the cash to the customer Mr.B .
For that service the DK Forex getting some amount from Western Union & some amount from the customer.Whether both will come under Service Tax Laibility?

sir, I have passed can final exams in may 2016, but have not completed gmcs. article ship registration - October 2011. I want to know what is the time period before which I need to apply form 2. is it fine if I do gmcs in November 2016, since I am not getting leaves from office.
