1) Can I register a company which has a paid up capital upto 1 crore with no full time CS with the ICSI for imparting 15 months Training. Who will sign the completion certificate of the trainee in such a case.

2) I working in this co. as Asst. Manager(Taxation)can I go for exemption based on this experience only, after 1 year or 15 months. And for this do I have to register the co. with the ICSI for imparting 15 months training.

Tell me the procedure. I have mailed to the institution and called up but i couldn't get them as their ans was not satisfactory and CS regulations don't explain these querries.

One of my ipcc frind had secured exemption in tax grp-I & in advanc a/c grp-II in nov 09 attempt & in 2nd attmpt securd exemption in a/c grp-I & cleard IInd grp, now in nov 10 he has givn costing & law grp-I his frnds says tht he wont get benifit of exemptn of a\c grp-I clrd in may 10 as per institute rule tht exemptn of previou atmpt must be exausted.kindy answer wheter he wil get benifit of a\c grp-I in nov 10.

A student WAS REGISTERD IN CA INTER BUT LATER ON CONVERTED IN PE 2 AND SHE HAS COMPLETED THE ARTICLESHIP AND HAS PASSED FIRST GROUP OF PE-2 AND COULD NOT CLEAR 2ND GROUP,NOW SHE HAS TO CONVERT TO IPCC, SOME ONE TOLD HER PAPER WISE EXPEMPTION WILL BE GIVEN BUT WORRY ABOUT HER ARTICLESHIP WHICH WAS COMPLETED, WHETHER AGAIN SHE HAS TO START THE ARTICLE SHIP AND WHAT IS THE FORMALITIES UNDER IPCC AND FEES FOR CONVERSION.
