please tell me what are the formalities to be done for completion of articles in pcc scheme of CA course..and form no. 108,119 are to be send at what address of ICAI.As on the ICAI website it is not prpoerly mentioned about the forms to be send at what address of the institute and not in the forms also...

I have my CA Final attempt in May 2013.
I want to know what will be the best strategy for me for the preparation including tutions, self study, subjects etc. so that i fetch as many marks as possible..

i am in b.com(hons.)2nd yr. frm bihar university & i have just passed ipcc grp 1 in nov.10 in first attempt.

i am persuing my ca studies frm kolkata and i want articleship in a good reputed firm .

but i am unable to get it in kolkata due to my b.com in bihar and nither in bihar bec. my officially college timing is 9 am to 1 pm.
