My friend has passed the CA PE 2 exam both groups in may 2010 and joined the articleship in october 2010. when will be his first ca final exam attemp.

and also told me about new changes in article ship period

I appeared in May 2011 IPCC exams and was 100% sure of passing it but don't know why I failed.

I already applied for revaluation.

I want to see answer sheets also.Can I apply to ICAI for MAY 2011 IPCC Answer Sheets ??

I have got 152 marks in cs executive 2nd group as follows:
Company Law 64
Economic and Labour Laws 32
Securities Laws and Compliances 56

will I be elegible to exemption both in Company Law as well as Securities Laws and Compliances,because I am having in 2 subjects an aggregate of 60%.

I needed a transfer from my firm as they are not allowing me to attend me the CA Final Classes. It have been 6 months of my articleship training, and as per ICAI regulations I am free to take transfer in my first year of articleship. But the CA says that you will have to refund the money we have paid to you in excess of the ICAI stipend rules,Then we will sign the form 109. What should I do? Please suggest.....

Moreover, i wanted to ask what if i've not received my service completion letter which is to be attached as an encl with the form
