I HAVE FILLED FORM 108 ON DATE02-JUNE. BT NO REPLY SINCE.NOW THEY SAYS THAT ADP LEAVE PENDING. CAN ANYBODY TELL WHAT IT MEANS

It seems that your leave has exceeded the limit provided by the CA Act 1949. Please see if you have to work for some other days to compensate those excess leave taken by you during the course of articleship.

Its true my leaves exceed the leave allowed. Bt i have also files form 107 for that and its accompanying it..
