where can we use din no...?? what are the benefits of din no...??

Is it compulsary to submit IPCC exam form with ICAI even if I have filed my exam form online.
If Yes then today was the last date and unfortunately I was not able to submit it.
Please tell me what to do now if it is compulsary.

I have made the online payment for CS Executive course today(28-02-2014). The payment is successful and I have received an acknowledgement receipt through my e-mail. As much I know, today is the last date for registration in order to attempt both modules in December 2014 exams.
Please clarify whether I will be able to give December attempt as I made the payment today or is it required that ICSI should have verified my eligibility before 28-02-2014 in order to give December attempt?
p.s: I have not uploaded the photograph and other details in 'My Account' section yet.

I have Cleared Executive programme and yesterday made request for Professional Course .My Payment is deducted from bank account through net banking after that a mail send by the ICSI is that your transaction status is success. but today i have received a text message in my mobile phone from ICSI is that your payment is unsuccessful. I have also Check my bank balance again but there is a not any reverse entry in my account.Now i want to know whether my registration is successful or not??? . What is the procedure to know about any registration ???
Because i have already send mail to icsi but there is not any reply from the icsi.

I have joined on 20th,Feb 2014 at Kolkata without apprearing in CPT and received books under Direct Entry System as I scored more than 55% marks in my Masters in Commerce.I have still not received my registration letter.They say that it will be dispatched within 30-45 days.Now Suppose I receive my letter after 45 days.Can you let me know how can I make plan for my Orientation,ITT Training and articleship.Am I eligible for May 2014 exam or not ?In addition to above,Can I do Orientation,ITT Training and Articleship from Delhi while registration that is going to be done in Kolkata,if so what is the procedure ?Can I start Articleship before ITT and orientation ?Also,how can I plan my study or take coaching ?

hello, i have registered myself for ATC at the time of registration of IPCC courc. now, i have cleared IPCC nd registered myself for FINAL.
nd also my articleship is going to be completed on 3rd march 2014.
bt i havent received my ipcc certificate nd ATC certificate.
so plz give me some guidanc for availing both these certificates.
