Respected sir/madam, I am student of BCOM. Recently I give the exam of 2nd year in March as a regular student and my articleship is started from 25 February and I filled and send the form of articleship. Now I received a letter from ICAI and in this form it is written that give the proof that you are private student of bcom from that university bt now I give the exams as regular student and the exam form of bcom final year will be filled in December 2014. so please help me that how can I proof that I m private student of bcom and satisfy the registration authority.

we have partnership firm for which we have gone for dissolution on 1.4.2014. however our situation is that we need to contiue partnership firm for further one year ie., till 31.03.15.

I didn't yet have received CS Final Passing certificate through courier even though all my friends in the same town has received the same.

i filled my form online on 18th feb and speed posted it on 26th feb but according to the indiapost.gov.in my form was received on 5th march by the institue...whereas last date to receive the form was 28th feb (without late fee)....i m not too sure if my form is accepted or no...or am i liable to pay late fee...plz if anyone can guide what to do

A pertnership firm has taken franchisee of jet airways. The firm has to pay 1 lac for 5 months, and 30% receipt as a royalty which the firm gets as a coaching fees.

The firm deposits total amount in the franchisor's bank account and then franchisor transfers 70% of total amount to the firm.

The question is when the firm is liable to pay service tax (weather on receipt of coaching fees or on receipt of 70% amount from franchisor),
at what amount the service tax will be leviable?
