can anyone please help me in a confusion. in may 2014 rtp in sfm q.15 Lease. why is depreciation Taken is 100000 and not 90000???as Scrap Value of 50000 is given. are we not suppose to deduct it From cost of machine????

I wants to known about time period to complete ITT and oreintation program under direct entry scheme is it necessary to complete it before 9 months article or before appearing for May 2015 IPC attaimpt, or i can get it done after May 2015 IPC attaimpt also, bcz i had check that the ITT course batchs are full till Sep ends so can i get it done afterward...

I am elegible to attempt nov 2014 IPCC exam But i have not prepared well shall i try this nov 2014 attempt or prepare well and give attempt on May 2015 Exam.

One of my client(Pvt. Ltd. Co.) is a works contract service provider having registered office at Gurgaon (haryana) and providing the services at varius projects i.e. DLF, Unitech, L&T, etc., in gurgaon. Also awarded a work contract from L&T in Noida (UP). Now they wants to register in Service tax.
They are managing accounting and billing from Gurgaon office itself.
My query is as under:
1. weather they have to registered in single premises or centerlized registration is required.
2. In case of centerlized registration, weather we have to add all the projects situated at Gurgaon and noida or we have to add only our offices only.
3. In case of Works Contractor, copy of work contract is valid for address proof of branch or not.
