Dear sir,

I have written cs executive exams june 2014 attempt.But when I went to examination center there was no display of mine Roll No.and also they have no information regarding my exam.ICSI does not provide any information to them.Beacuse of this I have seen so much problems on tht day. After half n hour they provide me Question paper and answersheet to write the exams. I wrote exams only for 2.30 hours maximum.They took my paper on time and also not provide extra time.when I went to Superintedent of Examination they rejected to provide me acknowledgement for written of exams only for 2.30hours.And told me that It is a mistake from institute side so we have no authority to provide any acknowledgement.
I also Mailed about this matter to Institute. but no reply of mail.

Please suggest me what to do ?????

What are the changes in the syllabus for november 2014 exam of ipc apart from may 2014 syllabus?

I had completed cpt in Jan 2010 and completed itt & orientation course, and graduation in 2014 by 55.75 in b. Com. Am I eligible for the direct entry into ca course according to my %age, if converted then again i have to complete itt & orientation???? Please help me...

Its 2 months since I've sent my form 103 to ICAI...till date i didn't receive any confirmation from ICAI. I need an urgent transfer of my articles to my hometown because of some financial problems.

Can i apply for transfer through form 109 before receiving such confirmation?

Is pursuing articleship from delhi only is beneficial or one can pursue it from a small town like in my case Haridwar.. moreover wat about finals coaching classes I know that delhi is a hub for coaching classes of ca.. I am in a dilemma what to do shift to delhi for articleship and classes or continue the same in my hometown?

A Company providing services, transfer some Equipment to the client site outside the state. The company charges for the service to the client and return back the equipment after completing the service.
My question is
whether CST is applicable in the course of Interstate Transfer of Equipment during providing services to the transfer.

If No, what supporting documents are required to transfer the equipment in the course of interstate transfer

If Yes, What value to be taken for CST purpose(client assembles equipment in house)

Hello, I've registered for both groups of IPCC on 3 June this year under direct entry scheme. As per the rules, I'll be eligible only after 9 months of articled training... which I know that I will not be able to complete before may 2015, conlcluding ineligibilty for may 2015 exam. Now my query is that is there any other condition that i need to fulfill to give exam in Nov 2015 or not... I mean will I need to renew my registeration or somethong like that... or just start articleship after itt & op and fill exam form for Nov 2015
