heyy i had registered myself in ipcc on 27th july 2010.I am awaiting my ipcc group 2 result .do i need to revalidate in ipcc??

Sir, my ipcc attempt is nov. 14. Please suggest me the best refference book or notes for Company law in HINDI medium. I found many book and notes but all those were in English. Plsssssss help me.

THE TAX AUDIT REPORTS WHICH WERE ALREADY FILED BEFORE 25.07.2014 i.e BEFORE THIS NEW FORM WAS ARRIVED, WHAT WILL HAPPEN TO THEM? ARE THOSE TAX AUDIT REPORTS ARE TO BE FILED AGAIN?
SECONDLY, THE NOTIFICATION IS TO BE APPLIED WHEN IT WILL BE NOTIFIED IN THE OFFICIAL GAZETTE, HOW COME WE WOULD KNOW ABOUT THIS FACT THAT THE SAID NOTIFICATION HAS BEEN NOTIFIED IN THE OFFICIAL GAZETTE?

How am i supposed to prepare for those practical case law like questions which are asked in ca final exam?Should i prepare from a particular book?The reson i'm asking this question here is because even a systematic reading of all the AS and previous exam questions thereon will not place us in a level where we can face practical situations.....pls do share ur valuable opinions in this regard.
