Sir, I am in second year of articleship and wants to take transfer to another city, which is more than 50 kms away from for my current city, due to coaching. Can I take transfer on this ground? Also, do I have to attach any proof for the same? And if not on this ground then please suggest me some ground on which i can take the transfer.. Please help

To get concession 50%, student must produce a certificate from Chartered Accountant (his Principal).
