what will be the subject for IPCE 2nd group in nov 2014 exam.... ITSM is going to replace with any new subject?

Which sections are applicable og compnay act for November 2014 exam? Some people ask com act 14 fully applicable, some ask 1 to 57 of 2013 rest of 1956. Please clear about it in detail.

Whether the principal can deduct the amount for leave taken (within the limit prescribed by the ICAI)from Stipend payable to the Article assisstant?

For example:Stipend is Rs.1000/- per month. leave taken for exam for 15 days (The exam is leave is permitted by the ICAI)
The principal paid only Rs.500/- after deducting the amount for leave taken.

i register myself under direct entry scheme for ipcc and joined my articleship on 24 march 2014 should i am eligible to give attempt in nov 14 or may 15 as i completed all my classes.

i have doubt regarding to the termination of the articles , i was already took termination in 1st year , now i was completed 1 year 4 months articles, can i take termination 2nd time now, if yes please mention the termination procedure and reasons for taking termination. please reply as soon as possible
