Hello sir i have dovt in accounts ipcc may 2015 question paper 4th sum from incomplete records there were 11 adjustments and 3rd adjustment i have done it wrongly other all adjustment i have done it properly will they consider other adjustment and allot marks?

I want to register this company only two person me and my brother. no any one add shareholders / director on this company.
But i want to work many different sector for ex. media, IT, consultancy. etc.
EX. DEF MEDIA company (ABC GROUP),
i want to star work on only this company (not ABC GROUP) in new Partner / Shareholders all profit are contribute on this partner and (ABC GROUP) Because i am not share profit of ABC GROUP.
Ex. GHI IT COMPANY (ABC group),
Ex. JKL CONSULTANCY COMPANY (ABC Group)
i want start works many more sector with different-different partner and shareholders.

How to register group of company?
I want to ask You a critical question that If a group(i.e. TATA Birla group) of companies(i.e. TATA Motors, TATA Steel etc.) want to register itself as a group then what the procedure of its registration? There is any need to register all companies as per Companies Act 1956/2013 before its a member of Such group? Is any Company Group register itself as unique registration for all companies (w/o Regd. under Companies Act) If is it Possible the refer me any case and section of Companies Act. Please Reply me how to register group of company step by step.

I had submitted form 109 at the touch me of transfer at both branch. now I have to submit form 108. my query is should I fill form 108 for 3 years or just for 1 year which I have completed under my new principal?? plz reply
