Valuation of goodwill.

my query is-
why dividend paid/distributed is added to terminal/closing capital employed to calculate average capital employed.
there was a particular sum where closing CE is calculated first and then 100% dividend paid is added and 1/2 of current year profits is deducted to calculate average CE.
please also help me by providing notes of valuation chapter as i have lots of confusion wrt. capital employed and future maintainable profits.

Given CA final 2nd group in this attempt.
Want to do some specialized courses after CA n totally confused bcoz there r lot of option available.
my preference is in d courses like Banking professional i.e. investment banker, Actuary,IAS/IRS,CISA or in d taxation field.
my favourite subject is SFM,Maths,Stat.and in the field of computer.
Can any one tell me which is d most preferrable and highly dynamic course according to current environment n also for a CA.

Hello sir, my final c.a exam in may 2017,&I want to go for both groups but till that time I am utilize my time only in training from mideokr firm from delhi, no shedule for studies plz help me which subject i should start and from when, am i just wasting time in delhi, should i go back my home and start preparing for exam, or continue in delhi, I am very confused plz solve my problem

My following Question is,
1) Is PAN No. Compulsory for filling return of minor.
2) If Yes than tell me Procedure, If No then give me Solution.

And I know that income of minor is combine to his/her parents. But if client asking for fill return separately then what we can do.

Sir I want to take transfer after a year my joining date of articleship is 16aug 2013..if I take transfer on medical ground with 3months medical certificate..what will be my ca final attempt is it may 16 or Nov 16???

i have completed one year of b.com and then i took transfer to another state so there is drop of one year in b.com.now i want to complete my b.com only in one sitting. please advice me on the same and if possible please provide me the name of the university or college that allows to do the same.
