ca Final examination

Dear sir,

I clear the PE 2 in may 2006 can i take the examination for the CA Final May 2009.
My artical starts from 15.12.2006

increase in no. of articles

this is to ask you that from when the limit of articles is increasing i.e. from when a c.a. can train more articles than the existing limit of articles.
please help me

from when the draft regulation regarding increase in entitlement to engage articles is going to be effective .....

nOTIFICATION REGARDING INCREASE IN NO. OF ARTICLED TRAINEES

hello sir/madam,
I am Chethan here, CA student. I have been selected in one of the big four to pursue my articleship training but subject to the notification regarding increase in aritlceld trainees is implemented.
Kindly let me know as to the date from which the notification takes affect..
