I am about to complete my 2 year of articleship,
as I have registered under articleship after clearing group 1, now my group 2 is still about to clear.
I am registered under new course.
Will I be allowed to do my advance ITT & GMCS, as it is Comolusory to complete both the training before appearing Final.
Please help with my issues.
Whether it is Comolusory to clear both groups to do these training.

Mujhe ek query hai agar kisi CA firm se 14000 rupess p.m..milte hai to kya allowed hai kya cash payment? Or kya ye as a professional fees payment aise dikha sakte hai kya? Kya TDS ka kuch issue ayega kya

A person has converted from CA final old scheme to new scheme..in past he has attempted many attempts of ca final old course but unable to clear.
Now whether to appear in new scheme he is supposed to complete any course prescribed by ICAI? As he is saying that 3 courses are mandatory to appear in final new scheme exams?

In case Transfer of articleship form 109 is send back for correction to RO, and if I request for the cancellation of my transfer, do I will have to fill form 102&103 again for re-continuation of my articleship, as my transfer form has not been approved.As I am into 3rd year of my articleship.

i am applying for ca membership at SSP PORTAL, but portal shows 2 transactions are pending.1st is form 112 and other is form 108 for revision of excess leaves.
form 112 was se4nt by me manually but there is no updation at ssp portal. can you plz tell me the solution for this 2 queries so that i resloved them and enrolled as member.

I would like to clarify some doubt regarding Investment of Long term capital Gain.
Whether full Exemption available in the following scenario? or Only Reinvestment in Land and building only available
i.e. Mr. Venu sold the property(Land & Building) in 1st Mar.2022 for Rs.2.5 Crore and arrived LTCG for Rs 1.27 Crore .If he invest Rs.80 Lakh in Land & Rs.50 Lakh in REC Bond , can he claim both investment U/s 54 or only one allowed as Investment ?
2.Whether he needs to pay Advance Tax against LTCG ?
3.In case he invest Rs.80 Lakh in vacant land by 31.7.2022 and started the construction , whether he needs to invest the remaining amount , in CG A/c Scheme ? or he can keep the amount in his hand to manage the construction

My name is zainul abid mk. i have reregistered my articleship on 26th Feb 2021 and same is approved by my principle within 30 days of submission of the request.but the issue is till now i have not submitted the form using the ssp portal, now ICAI asking to submit condonation along with some documents regarding my articles. i have all the documents except form 102 which is duly executed the non-judicial stamp paper.
latter on i have called the ICAI help desk number , but they have told me to chancel the registration and asking me take new one.
what should i do sir ,i have already finished my entire articleship period without taking any leave.
kindly help me sir otherwise i will lose my 1.3 years of articleship period

Hello! I'm currently pursuing B.Com (Regular Course). I'm now in the 4th semester, whose exams have been scheduled in June 2022. My articleship joining date falls on first week of April 2022. I will not be attending classes as I've already reached the minimum requirement of attendance. And I've planned to convert the course to correspondence in the third year (5th and 6th semesters).

In this regard, is it necessary to get NOC from the college and submit Form 112?

If yes, should I submit the form stating additional course as "regular"?

And after converting into distance course, should I need to submit Form 112 again?

I am CS Professional pass candidate and presently undergoing practice training under a PCS in Hyderabad.
I have completed 9 months training and learn annual filing, preparation of Minutes, Agenda agenda notes, Resolutions, Incorporation of LLP and Company ETC.

But i am interested in the field of M & As and Listing Compliances.
As per the ICSI training regulations we have an option to change trainer either from PCS to Company or Company to PCS.
Can you please guide me where should i apply to get such exposure and establish my career in that field.
