Hello sir/madam, During my articleship re-registration, In form 102, I have given my first articleship registration date instead of current re-registration date. And I have submit both form 102 and 103, RO resent my form for correction stating “Upload executed copy of form 102 deed should be within 30days from start date of articleship” how should I correct my form and submit??

Can i register for articleship which last date is 31st july for appearing in may 23 exams of Ca intermediate
Because my IT and OC training is start on 19 july and ends on 5 august.
Please help me regarding this i want to appear in may 23 exams

I got terminated in my current articleship firm and now I want to join for Industrial training, as my 1 and half year is left of practical training, shall I do so?? Or I have to join for in another CA firm only.

I upload 3rd semester to 5 th semester provisional marksheet in ssp portal but if I unable to upload original marksheet of final semester then registration will be cancel or not and In these category can I get registration fee refund or not

I am a final year student , I have received only 1st & 2nd semester original marksheet should I submit rest of the marksheet as provisional , can I elligible for direct entry registration . If I fail to upload the final semester marksheet within 6 months then the registration fee is refunded or not

I m a direct entry student i have completed my 9 months article ship now my quesion is if i doesnot rejoint my article ship till i complete my CA inter what should i upload as declaration for exam form ...who will sign my declaration as im not associated with any firm should i upload my old attamp declaration which my previous principle under whom i have completed my articleship should be uploaded please reply as soon as possible

I would like to clarify some doubt regarding Taxation of LTCG for a NRI

i.e. Mr. Elan had bought the property in India in 2010 out of his Foreign Income and now he wants to sold the same and the proceeds of the land and building will be transferred through Bank to his NRO A/c.
1.Whether this amount is subject to TDS or not ?
2.In case is it subject to TDS who will deduct the TDS whether the buyer of the Property or Banker ?

CA final student .
Im currently in Fema , valuation, audit and taxation team .
im getting work only realted to fema and valuation and not taxation and audit.
if i'll talk with them i can get work of taxation but the thing is that , i feel uncomfortable to work with taxation and audit dept , i dont like to work with them becoz of their discipline and also they leave us late at night at 8 and 9 sometimes more .

Can i take transfer on this grounds in 2nd year.

Before 10 year, I had to quit my ca course due to some personal issue...I had completed 10 months of my articleship. Now I want to restart my ca articleship but with another ca firm...status on ssp portal is lapsed. Portal is not showing any form like 109 etc...What will be the procedure to restart with new ca firm...plz tell me in detail including ssp portal activity.
