Nov 2014 group 2 exams amendments

There are any amendments in auditing of ipce for november 2014? Some are saying companies act '13 is not applicable for ipce auditing subject. Is that true?

Icwa - exemption can be carryforward for how many attempts if exemption got before dec 12.

Exemption can be carryforward for how many attempts in icwa final .if exemption got before Dec 2012.
