For ipcc group 2,icai study material ,pms -advance accounting,auditing January 2014edition is suffient for Nov 2014attempt

I have cleared my IPCC in Nov 2012. I started my article ship in march 2013. I took transfer in 15 July 2013, and started my article ship with new firm on 4 Dec, 2013. I want to know for CA final which attempt I am eligible?

I cannot find the IPCC practice manual for the companies act 2013. Is there any link to it?
PS: Can I get easy fast track notes for IPCC Auditing. It is difficult to study from the study mat. Thank You

My CMA Final Coaching certificate seems to have expired & I am in a fix about applying or not applying for exams, it was today that I noticed that my CC needs re-validation as expiry date was June 2014.
Do you have any suggestion on remedying the situation. Can I apply for exams and re validate the CC after appearing for exams as also the last date for CC revival seems to be 15th Sep.
