should we read only icai materials for theory subjects for ipcc.pls reply.

Hi I would like to know which book would it be advisable to study tax laws from for CS executive December 2014 exam (new syllabus) since icsi has only given an e book and studying with an e book is tough. I have the 2013 book issued by them but it doesn't have any new amendments. Please help.

I heard that SEBI has changed the % of minimum rate of buyback from open market from 25% to 15%. Is this change applicable for November 14 ipcc exam. Please help me

I am a qualified CA with 1.5 years of post qualification experience working with TCS.
Can any one tell me what course should I persue. I have courses in mind like mba finance through distance learning/executive mba/SAP/regular mba.
Or if there are better courses that i can persue please mention.

My Friend Applied for Verification & Certified Copy of Answer Sheet of Paper No. 5 of IPCC. We Checked its status, which Shows as HOSTED ON 20/09/2014. But till we didnt get photo copy of Answer sheet by Post or Mail. What should I do?

my final attempt is due in nov 2014.As i hav not studied much for the exams i want to give the exams in may 2015.Is there any disadvantage in dropping the attempt??
