29 May 2010 Hi all,
Please help me in solving this problem.
I have to incorporate an Insurance Broking Pvt. Ltd. Co. After filing Form 1A , should i take permission from any special authority .
And also i have to form this Company as a subsidiary of an existing non broking Pvt Ltd. co.
