Dear Sir,
My client is British Citizen (Indian Origin) has started a Diagnostic center in india through the fund remitted from U.K.
however he is residing in U.K. only.
Please guide me about the tax implication of the same

What is the status of the Diagnosti centere. Whether it is registered as company or firm OR what?.
