16 July 2013 I HAVE TO SUBMIT APPLICATION FOR BRAND RATE FIXATION UNDER RULE 6 OF DUTY DRAW BACK RULES, 1995. I AM LITTLE BIT CONFUSED ABOUT WHAT DATA SHOULD FURNISH IN DBK-I STATEMENT

18 July 2013 Dear Sir,

Thanks for your prompt reply. my confusion in DBK -I is that the new format contains two column one is for quantity and second in gross quantity. my query is that what data to be furnish in both the columns. Also suggest that the said DBK-I is for input used in a unit quantity or for a whole consignment.
