How to make stock transfer for within state E-Way bill (from One Branch/godown to another branch/godown) is e-way bill is compulsory or not.
Can we registere both branches under same GST number.

17 July 2018 If values exceeding above as per E-Way bill then Yes E-Way Bill is required... You can send with delivery challan for the goods...

18 July 2018 Yes e-way bill is compulsory for inter-unit transfer or inter-branch transfer. If both branches are situated in the same state you may register both branches under the same GSTN.
