Branch accounts

21 April 2013 the company which i have recently join has many branches and units .I have seen its audited financial statements for the last year, can anyone please tell me why the branch accounts stand under the liability side of the balance sheet.

Please someone revert back.

30 June 2013 As the balances are un-reconciled it is appearing on credit side also see the debit side some amounts are also appearing on the debit side. If reconciliation has been done then it will be NIL
