Can any one please give me explanatory notes on treatment of abnormal losses in Branch accounts?

The branch located at during the yera under review had made an abnormal loss of Rs.___________ due to the following reasons (a), (b), (c), (d) which was uncontrallabe or after controlling the loss were reduced to Rs._____________ otherwise the original loss would have been Rs.___________________ . However your directors/ management has takent steps to control the same in the future.
