how to made sale, purchase transaction or entry between branchs

If there is a transaction between HO and Branch, it cannot be regarded as sale or purchase.

if transaction between branch to branch (not involved head office)& what about tax i.t VAT.

if co have single va number in state.
other wise vat charge on every sale.
if out of state then you can send goods against Form F
