what will be the brakeup salary if employeetaking 12000/- per month what will be the basic & ta & Da& Conveyance & other allowance.
And in a compamny there is Pf & Esi so plz tell me brake up salary.

50% will be the basic 6000
40% of basic will be PF 2400
Conveyance Allowances 900 p.m. 900
Medical Allowance 1250 p.m 1250
Special Allowances bal. amt 1450

but sir we have no PF Registration.

If the basic salary is more than 6000 then its on employer to deduct PF or not
