hi, sir i wnt to attempt both groups in may14
so plz guide me which books shuld i refr for all subjects .. which shld be sufficent for ipcc exams to score well

you should refer P.C. Tulsian's books for accounts and cost FM if at all you are willing to do a detailed self study. I got exemption marks on the basis of it.
For taxation, you should refer Girish Ahuja's Book for practical questions.
For Law, obviously Munish Bhandari's book.
For ITSM, any book is good.
For Audit, Paduka's is good.

tax: tn manoharan is easy to under stand and it is more than enough
