03 October 2008 When is payment due date of Superannuation & Bonus for employer company? & When is return due date.

03 October 2008 Bonus is within the time permitted by Payment of Bonus Act. As regards super annuation is it contribution you are asking about? If so it is as per the bylaws of SAF Trust.

04 October 2008 as per Bonus act u shd pay with in 8 ms from the end of financial year.

so from 31.03.2008 with in 8 Ms means 30.11.2008....is the due date...how ever
as per IT allowance will be made only in the year of actual payment made....
