I would like to know if any disallowance or reporting is need to be made in the form 3CD if the bonus is paid by the company as per the government order and if it exceeds the maximum limit as per the bonus act.

Pls let me clear your question that what is Government Order and its relevance with Bonus Act.
In the context of Income tax Act there is no clause of disallwonaces so no disclouser is ensured in 3 CD
