If you have served the company for more than 180 days in a year then you are eligible for bonus. (Continuous service).

As per bonus act 1965
*8.33% of the salary or Rs.100(on complition of 5 yr after IST accounting yr even there is no profit
Eligibility of Bonus
An employee drawing salary less than Rs.10000 per month will be entiled only when he has worked for 30 working day in that yr.
