24 December 2010 how to invest in infrastructure bonds?

please suggest the procedure and the best available bonds in the market.

24 December 2010 Continuing Adity Ji some more details are hereunder:-
i) IFCI Long Term Infrastructure Bonds - series 11 is now open.
ii) Minimum amount of bond is Rs. 5,000/-
iii) No maximum but 80CCF is limited to Rs. 20,000/-
iv) Maturity - 10 years, but buy back is permitted after 5 years.
v) Interest rate is 8% /8.25%. Income tax will not be deducted from interest.
vi) This issue closes on 31/12/2010.
