30 August 2012 “RESOLVED FURTHER THAT ………………………, Director of the Company be and is hereby authorised to make necessary application in prescribed format before necessary authorities of Custom and Excise for obtaining the License for Bounded Warehouse;

RESOLVED FURTHER THAT ………………………, Director of the Company be and is hereby also authorised to sign and execute necessary documents, forms and papers as may be required from time to time in connection with the execution of aforementioned matter, on behalf of the Company."
