- Appointment of women director
- Appointment of practicing company secretary for Secretarial Audit under section 204 of the companies act 2013??????

02. Resolved that M/s, Mr, Ms, Mrs yyyyyy, the practising company secretary, having membership number zzzzzzz be appointed as the company secretary of our company for the year 20xx-xx+1, in accordance with the sectiob 204 of the /companies Act 2013
