16 June 2010 can anybody provide me a simple resolution for change of name of company & intimate to bank.

17 June 2010 Resolved that pursuant to the provisions of Section 16, 21, 31 and other applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 1956 and subject to the approval of the Registrar of Companies, Gujarat and such other authorities as may be necessary in this regard, consent of the Company be and is hereby accorded to the change of name from _________ to ________.”

RESOLVED FURTHER THAT subject to approvals as above, clause I of the Memorandum of Association be and is hereby altered by substituting the following new clause:

RESOLVED FURTHER THAT wherever the name _____ is appearing in the MOA of the Company, the name of the company be and is hereby replaced by ________.

RESOLVED FURTHER THAT ___________ of the Company be and are hereby authorised to ………….”
