02 February 2010 You may take the agenda point as Review of Operations. No need of any resolution. Simply take the agenda point for discussion. Circulate the results or details of the operations and take it on record that the same has been discussed in the meeting.

Unless any action is taken or any action point is recommended which requires Board authority, no need to take a resolution for the same.
