06 September 2012 Dear experts,

We want to schedule a board meeting this month for adoption of accounts, but all of our directors are traveling.

1.Can we hold the meeting for account adoption through video conferencing?

2. If yes how will they sing the accounts?

06 September 2012 Discussion can be done by Video conferencing and send a person to each director who will get it signed. Adoption does not mean signature.
