Can a Board Meeting and AGM of a Private Limited Company be held on the same day for different purposes ?

Yes, the Companies Act, 2013, permits AGMs and Board Meetings on the same day if procedural requirements (notice, quorum, and shareholder consent) are strictly followed. The Board Meeting must be held before the AGM to approve the agenda, financial statements, and other matters to be presented at the AGM.
