OUR COMPANY HAS COME UNDER THE CATEGORY OF SMALL COMPANY AND THE LAST BOARD MEETING WAS HELD ON 31ST MARCH,2014 BUT NOT A SINGLE MEETING WAS HELD ON APRIL TO AUGUST CAN THE COMPANY HOLD ITS FIRST BOARD MEETING IN SPTEMBER FOR APPROVAL OF ACCOUNTS AND DISCLOUSER OF INTEREST

A small company may hold only two board meetings in a year, i.e. one Board Meeting in each half of the calender year with a minimum gap of ninety days between the two meetings.
In line with above provisions, you can hold meeting in september.
