11 September 2015 Dear Friends / Experts,

Please guide me on the following, IF POSSIBLE:

Query

A Private Limited Company has only TWO Directors.
Is it more appropriate, if such Company includes 'Leave of Absence' (because if any one Director is absent, BM cannot be held for want of quorum) in Board Meeting Agenda?
