In a unit two shades of Iron Oxide are blended to get a third shade. Will this amount to Manufacture? The Trade name is not changed after such blending.

If the third shade is identified as separate product when compared the first two shades, it amounts to manufacture. Trade name does not having any bearing in deciding whether manufacture occurred.
