06 March 2012 My senior called up me on sunday at 3.30 p.m in the afternoon and asked me come to office...at the same time i was attending a family function because of which i could not go...now they are blackmailing me that they will terminate my articleship and ruin my career as a ca....wat sort of remedy do iave...please suggest..

Who is the senior? your principal or any other employee or senior articles?
take up the matter with your principal.

07 March 2012 Actualy we have a dictorship in the office...The person who own the office is not my principal.My principal works in other department...And the nature of work for which they called me was to dump all old files from their old office.

07 March 2012 I have been suspended for the same...and when i tld them to give me suspension letter with reason they refused to give it....i have been called on friday...lets see...wat course of action i can take...
